3. Description of the Service
xale.ai provides a SaaS platform operating an automated AI-powered content network designed to enhance brand discoverability across digital ecosystems.
The Service generates content referencing customer brands based on structured business information, publicly accessible website material, and descriptive data relating to the customer's offer. This content is automatically distributed and published on websites, blogs, and social media accounts owned or operated by xale.ai, as well as affiliated publishing channels controlled by CARREDASH.
The purpose of such publication is to enable wide public accessibility, indexing, and crawlability by search engines and AI systems. Customers acknowledge and accept that the Service is designed around public distribution and that generated content is intended to circulate broadly across open digital environments.
Content is produced automatically using artificial intelligence without systematic human editorial validation. Customers understand that the Service is not a private content storage system but a distribution network aimed at increasing public digital presence.
4. Accounts
Access requires creation of an account.
Users authenticate via email/password or supported OAuth providers.
Users are responsible for all activity under their account and must maintain credential confidentiality.
